How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
How do I determine the right shoe size for me?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters to find the perfect fit according to our brand guidelines.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are Bacca Bucci products covered under warranty?
Yes, we offer a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
