Return Process

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the footwear is in its original condition, unworn, and packed securely in the original Bacca Bucci box with all tags intact.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package after your request is approved.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size.
